Ben Mourra

I'm in the middle of refreshing my portrait portfolio by shooting with some excellent humans - film-maker Ben Mourra of Screencult was the first brave volunteer to surrender himself to my lens. We played with the deep shadows and lovely window light in his live-work space and he generously gave me time to revisit some studio lighting mix-ups that I wanted to try.

LLUSTRE

I'm a bit behind on posting here; apologies, life is busy just now. These shots from a session with the charming Tracy Doree and Vivienne Bearman, co-founders of design site LLUSTRE.com. (You might have seen one of these shots in the Evening Standard last week).

In other news, how well does my new living room work as a studio?

Redux reduxed: Villains

Following on from last week's opening night post, here's another! The good fellows of Villains the Show - Joe Black and Mr Pustra - will be performing tonight and tomorrow night at Teatro Palladium, in lovely Roma. It's at Piazza Bartolomeo Romano for anyone lucky enough to be in that neck of the woods. Posted below are my three favourite shots from our so-snowy-it-nearly-didn't-happen shoot in December, and again I've posted the resulting publicity image. Buona fortuna, ragazzi!

Villains

This weekend I shot publicity photos for the Italian run of a cabaret show called 'Villains' - at the Teatro Palladium in Rome, running the 1st and 2nd of February. The two 'gentiluomini' in question are Mr Pustra and Joe Black - you may recognise both likely lads from a previous shoot I did with them for The Cabaret Project. Sadly I'm once again under embargo, but I'll share with you a couple of shots from around the studio.
Part of the incredible costumes created by Lenka Padysokova.
