A new venue in Brixton is the latest addition to my client roster. Brixton Empire is housed in St. Matthew's Church and opens TONIGHT with this terrific production of Laurence Holder's When the Chickens Came Home to Roost. Directed by the Empire's Artistic Director Daljinder Singh, it's the story of the relationship and power struggles between Elijah Muhammed and Malcolm X.
